Channel Logistics LLC was registered in the State of Delaware, USA in 2001 and subsequently authorized to operate in the State of New Jersey in 2004. An application to do business as Space-Eyes was filed with the State of New Jersey in 2017. We are a private employee owned company employing US citizens qualified with the appropriate security clearances.

Our Certifications include approval by the US Department of Commerce to export our proprietary CATEā„¢ (Computer Assisted Threat Evaluation) system with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data in accordance with Supplement No. 3 to Part 732 of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

We operate in accordance with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) guidelines and in conformity with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), a United States law passed in 1977 that prohibits U.S. firms and individuals from paying bribes to foreign officials in furtherance of a business deal.

Our Research and Development efforts addressing Threat Analytics in 2006 and Asymmetric Threats in 2018 have been recognized by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) with Corporate Innovation Awards.
